Grand theft casino

I have been going to grandwest sins they opened. They have gone from bad to worse in the last five years. I wrote them a email about their bad service and the staff . I dont even wanna talk about the payouts . They just take your money . One of the managers Neil called me that i must come see him . Went 3 times to see him and every time he says he call me . Its now 2 months that im waiting for his call .he is just as bad at his job as the rest of his staff . I want nothing to do with them . Grandwest can go to hell
