Horrible service. ... they try to use that as there so called experience....it's a f&*/ joke. Staff don't do their work...... there is no concept of customer in this place. They make crazy money yet they dare to carry out maintenance.....machines constantly not working the cash out machines. God forbid you have a technical issue you then have to go look for the fools wearing the stripe outfits. Yes you must go call them. It's nuts a joke. The worst of my *** experience is the mvg cards the loyalty point machine is constantly offline I mean really why have a reward programme that doesn't work. They don't care
