Golden Valley Lodge pathetic stay

I booked at Golden Valley lodge from Thursday 13th July to 16th July 2023 what a disaster staying here so *****here has been no hot water so no bathing could take place,and I have my six month old baby with me and we did not bath for 2days?My family is so livid as no staff of Golden Valley lodge came to inform or even apologise regarding the water problem they experiencing.O don't even think it fair you charge us for our stay under such poor conditions.I must say Golden Valley Lodge it's not worth booking at the lodge.Imagine you leave the comfort of your home for such a pathetic break and to top it all it's freezing in Worcester.
