Game 250 2 night free stay

I received a 2 night free stay. When I checked in I was booked in on \game 250""; which I clearly don't understand?? At no point did I authorize this transaction; this is totally **********!!! How can you debit a patrons card without their permission; this was suppose to be a 2 free night stay. I have visited your establishments every month this year; and you can see Sun International establishments are running a loss (your Wild Coast Sun doesn't even supply shower caps; lotions; etc. in the rooms; none of your casinos - carnival; wild coast; sun city; pay out anymore; it's just a dreary atmosphere when gambling);but to **********ly deduct money from credit cards you \""keep on file\"" is totally unacceptable. I want an answer ASAP!! """
