Frustrating lack of service from Wild Coast Sun.....

WildCoast Sun Hotel...on the border of KZN and Eastern Cape...It is frustrating and annoying to call them because no one answers the phones. whenever I call to make and enquiry, its after about 10-15 calls before someone decides to answer and when they do, the person who is meant to assist is never in...

I have been calling since yesterday to make a booking and just the voice prompt of which service you require and it just rings from there on.....

Previous months... same story...

Please sort your reception and reservations desk...have a dedicated person at reception and reservations to do telephonic enquiries and rest can assist live customers please.....im trying on line now and the weekend I should have booked yesterday seems to be fully booked :((((( very disappointed.....
