free play is pointless only collect in the mornings??!!

<p>I find it ridiculous that grand west gives free play which can only be used between 9 - 11am?! On a weekday... I was unaware of this time constraint previously and was unable to utilise this free play. </p> <p>i find it completely unfair to allow guests who come often to the casino to be subjected to only 3 hours in the morning when people are usually working etc. </p> <p>I truly believe customer service at grandwest had gone down the tubes. The management even tells me "sorry nothing we can do" when you try to speak about free play. I am always limited to morning free play when my family members have for the full day. Ive missed so many free plays due to these time constraints. I am not impressed</p>
