Free Nights Given

My parents frequent Wild Coast Sun often and was given 2 free nights stay <br> <br> What I do not understand is why would Wild Coast Sun give 2 night expire on to different dates in (17 and 31) March and when booking is trying to be made before the expired date they are told that the hotel if full due to the holidays.<br> <br> Furthermore, while at Wild Coast their card one of the people @ the MVG desk advised that their card can be upgrade to GOLD status but my mom would need to go to Sibaya to do the upgrade and when she gets there they tell her she does not have enough points to upgrade.<br> <br> Please advice <br>
