Filthy, unhygenic Grandwest rip-off

I have used this platform before to review my bad experience as a platinum MVG slot player at Grandwest and made full use of the advice i had received from GM Mervyn Naidoo when he rep**** to my complaint. Mr Naidoo, your advice caused even bigger loss on my end. I am seriously disgusted not only about my constant great loss but also the state of the ladies restroom opposite Candylicious. I have photographs of the awful state a toilet was in for 4hrs it was left in that state before it was cleaned. This was a massive hygene risk and i cannot get this out of my mind.
