Fighting for a refund!

It's easy to make a booking but having to cancel and get your money back is a nightmare. Their systems don't work when it's time to refund. They make you jump through hoops to get your own money back.

Worse of all no decency. Just emails and no call.

Pathetic.

My money needs be refunded. It's being held ********ly and the request of documents is an inconvenience to me.

Your system issues are yours not mine.
