Feeling underwhelmed by suncity

We went to sun city for our anniversary this past weekend. Stayed at soho hotel. Brown water in tappes. Elevator skipping floors. No help with luggage. No warm welcome. All round not worth the amount you pay. After doing there survey I get only a email. Suncity has lost its personal touch.
