Faulty systems costs us a small fortune

Im a gold card holder D.Magubane DOB 10-02-1982 and was disgusted when i took my family to sun city. i was told and confirmed i could use my card for entry into vally of the waves only to be told my card reads invalid when swiped at the entrance. how is this possible when i used the same card to enter the premises at Main entrance to sun city? after a few tries i was told to walk to the mvg desk all the way on the other side of the world to sort it out and they saw nothing wrong with it. to cut matters short i had to pay from my own pocket full price for 3 adults and 1 child and feel i deserve to receive a refund as its not my fault that your systems dont work properly
