**** promises from Sun Vacation Club!

Whilst on holiday at Suncity we were approached to sign up for the Vacation Club Membership. At the time the Consultant, called, emailed and SMS’d quite often right until we signed and paid.

We were promised vouchers upon payment.

I send follow up emails and SMS’s requesting the voucher promised. This was totally ignored. Finally the Consultant contacts me and says that “head office” is going to contact me. I’m waiting since for this call.

Apparently a lady called Liezl is also supposed to call me with an update. I am still waiting. I’ve sent a formal complaint, but no answer.

Absolutely disappointed with this service and over promising. Would love for someone that can actually assist, to call me!

Will definitely not recommend anyone sign with Sun International Vacation club. Rather go with the Holiday Club instead!!!
