Extremely disturbing encounter with Sun City employee

<p>I booked for one night at the Cabanas Hotel on the 25th of August 2016. All was well until I went to one of your establishments, called the Shebeen. It was a cold Thursday night and as I got there, picked up that there was a fire on the outside. I asked the waitresses if it was Ok to go sit by the fire and they said it was not a problem.</p> <p>A few minutes later an employee called Solsa came up to me and rudely told me I was not allowed near the fire as there was a private function. My problem is the way he addressed me. He treated me with no respect at all. Surely, Sun International, Sun City has some form of work conduct code which guides how their employees engage customers/guests at the hotel. To make matters worse, as I left, the same Solsa gentleman was actually waiting for me outside and said to me that I was a black person and could do nothing to him.</p> <p>I was so upset I eventually left Sun City in the middle of the night, thereby forfeiting my hotel room. I would really like that this complaint is followed up on such that similar incidents are avoided in the future. </p>
