Extremely dissapointed.

I stayed at Naledi Sun over the Easter period 2 April 2015- 4 April 2015. I was extremely dissaponted with my stay and reported the matter on the Sun International online guest survey, have sent numouroes e-mails and follow ups to various people with-in the group. To my surprise no one has bothered to attend to my e-mail.<br> <br> The stay was terrible. I had to bath with cold water over 2 days, rooms are not worth what I paid, there is mold in the bathroom, some unfriendly staff, load music over 2 nites and noisy slot machine, f&amp
