Expensive entrance and closed facilities

Morning, <br> <br> On Monday, 22 February 2016, we decided to visit sun city valley of waves for the day. Upon arrival, the queue at the gate took extremely long to move, with only 2 gates operating. <br> Then, we paid our entrance at the gate of R220. Your signage at the gate is misleading as it advertises \drive and dive\" for only R50 kids and R60 adults, as for this price you merely gain access to sun city. <br> We then proceeded to valley of waves, and paid entrance there of R120 per adult and R70 for my child. When entering the valley of waves area, we wanted to go on the open slides. We walked all the way to the top to be told that the ride was closed, and that my children can't use the rides in any case as they are not taller than 1.2m. Surely before paying entrance fees you should tell your patrons that certain rides are not working, and that children shouldn't need to pay entrance if they are below the required height? Surely you could have off peak weekday rates to cater for the \"downtime\". If I'm paying full price, I expect full service and fully operational facility. <br> <br> Then we were told to use the slide of courage or the new boomerang instead....a family with a 6 and 4yr old!"
