Excellent customer care

Usually book in suncity as i am a gold card holder, tried wild coast for the first time. Unfortunately arrived too early before check inn time but needed a room urgently. Approached a few people at front desk they refused to help me because it was too early, but fortunately i walked past Siya which i called the day before to ask about early check inn. Siya was very welcoming unlike the other staff, he made an effort to help me even though i could not be checked inn at the time.Siya went the extra mile to arrange a room for me and welcome me as a first time guest should be. I think Siya should be recognised for his excellent service and willingness to accomodate guests out of the ordinary means. I really appreciate the excellent service and would go back to the wild coast resort thanks to Siyas great service!!!
