Worst worst experience of my life. For our honeymoon we booked the jacuzzi room. When we got to the room the jacuzzi didn’t work. We phoned room service and they sent someone to check the aircon instead of the jacuzzi. After I explained it’s the jacuzzi that’s faulty they said it’s been broken for a while now and can’t fix it. Why didn’t they mention it when we booked? Then I asked for a manager but no manager is working today. How does a hotel expect to operate without managers. Then I turn on the aircon and it doesn’t work. To top it off the hairdryer doesn’t work. And room service takes forever. Thanks for spoiling my honeymoon. 5 star? More like 0.5 star
