Early Bird Renewal

<p>I renewed my Sun Vacation club membership and now I am expected to pay two levies. How is that even possible. I paid on the 1st February for 2017, but because I renewed they now want me to pay for the 2018 year too. I can only go to Sun City once per annum, which is in September. Surely if I have paid my levy for this year, the next levy should only be due next April. I mailed the Credit Controller and requested confirmation that the levy is not going to be deducted, and received a response of ''Thank You''. What does that mean????? I then asked what Thank you means and am still waiting for a response.</p> <p>I need someone to respond asap.</p>
