Double bebit order AGAIN

This is now the 2nd time in a row that they have done a double debit. No letter of apology, spent over an hour on the phone,they gave me another number that just goes straight to voice mail. Now I have to pay interest on the 2nd amount on my credit card. Very dissatisfied.
