Don't waste your time or money here

The Cascades Hotel is absolutely shocking. Firstly they triple debit my account for one of the 3 rooms booked and take over 10days to return my money and their only response was, sorry! The staff had the worst attitude and the service was appalling! I can't believe this place has a 5-star rating, I wouldn't even give it 3! No gowns in the room, only one coffee cup and to add insult I had to pay for my one cappuccino at breakfast! I'll never stay here again you better off at the Palace which incidentally was cheaper but they didn't have the 3 rooms we needed.
