Don't care about cancer patients

I am very upset wit windmill casino in Bloemfontein I was trying on Thursday to make a booking at them on the internet and was not going trough as I don't have a credit card I then phoned them and asked the to reserve a room for me as I am going down they then did I went to the rugby as I was late I then phoned them with my surname as I don't have the reservation number the lady then said sorry she doesn't pick up anything and they are fully booked I really got upset as I am from JHB and no place to sleep now , I told her she must make a plan because I did phone I am a cancer patient she turned around and told me she doesn't care if I am a cancer patient I am on chemo and I was feeling sick I had to drive up and down with my partner to look for places and could not find I had to drive back home at 11 pm that Saturday night only got home like 3 am in the morning , the lady also told me the where fully booked since the first week and trying to make me out that I am talking **** , how then I could go trough on the Internet to payment screen and they told me over the phone that I booked a room and all is in order can't believe this from sun international where some of my family members is part of the diamond status , I am going to make this viral how sun international doesn't care about cancer patients
