Dont bother going to the Palace

<p>So being my girlfriends birthday I decided to spoil her and take her to the Palace for one night on the weekday special. We drove thru in hapiness that the sun is finally out and maybe we can take a swim by the cascades heated pool. This dream was short lived because we were soon to realise that most of the pools on th resort have no water in them (couldnt we leave the heated pool running mmmm?). Upon arriving to our paradise hotel initial impression of Palace was really magnificent stunning architechture friendly staff etc. The host lady took us to our room showed us everything properly. Said she will make us a booking to grill room gave her time etc. We wanted to get comfortable 10 minutes later cleaning staff knocks twice then just opens the door! I asked her what she wanted she looked to see that one of the dinner chairs was missing and left. That evening we got to Grill Room at 7pm for our booking that we didnt have we now had to partake in a 5 minute argument why the table wasnt booked and watch staff stress out looking for a table for us because we were breaking their bookings only police? Anyway a good night at the casino and some time went by following morning I wake up to the sounds of phone calls... calls.. started at around 8am .. after only getting to bed at 4am I was unhappy to find that I only unplugged one of your phones in the room, Because it didnt stop!! The ringing continued maybe 3 calls? Can you pull a call history?? Seriously is this an office or what? So I managed to get back to sleep this short lived my happy place hearing knocking at the door.. Except this time and only an hour has gone by. Being fami**** to the knocking policy in this place I get shocked jump up and run to the door. Yep I was correct 2 knocks then door open!!! 5 stars for me! I ask this very shocked person what she wanted and she quietly answered "cleaning service?". Im really sorry I slammed the door in your face I only had 4 hours sleep at that point. After this I got up and went for a run (frustrated and couldnt sleep) while I was away room service brought breakfast (at this point my girlfriend paida hefty price just to rack up a few plates from the free buffet and bring it to my room?) Anyway my fault, My girlfriend paid she knew I was already upset so thanks to her (and gave good tip). Breakfast looks yummy 5 star food.. But no eggs.. 2 orders for eggs and no eggs. How can a person pay so much and not get something basic like eggs?? </p> <p>After all that Ive just been looking at the breakfast tray sitting on the couch food getting cold. Yes sitting on the the couch, BECAUSE YOU LOST MY CHAIR REMEMBER?)</p> <p> </p> <p>So yes Sun International. Will I ever come back to the Palace? Never Serious *******</p> <p> </p> <p>Oh and Im still in room 303 trying to get some sleep. My girlfriend is sitting ****ed off because Ive been on the laptop for an hour and a half writing this letter.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
