Don't care attitude
<p>On a recent stay recent stay at sun city cabanas I was very disappointed at the staff attitude. Promises were made regarding a special birthday platter and when I went to ask about it I was told that I was supposed to arrange it directly with the kitchen. People were also not very informative about the little envelope that the room key comes in, and we were practically turned away from breakfast for not having this envelope. If staff don't communicate then they should at least be nice.</p>
