DO NOT TRUST SUN INTERNATIONAL VACATION CLUB!!!

I do not trust Sun City AT ALL and I am having the worst experience through a difficult time. When I was in process of purchasing timeshare David Friend kept in touch with me and made sure I felt like I was getting a good deal but if anything goes wrong EVERYONE I have interacted with in this business is unprofessional and practically ignores me most of the time. I asked for my account to be put on hold as I was struggling to pay, I was ignored by Bernice Green (Accounts person) and David Friend (Sales Person) they kept debiting my account and each month would not get the money so the debit would go off my account 3 times leaving me with a R500 total charge. I kept reaching out via email and was ignored. After the third email it was escalated to the Buy-Back department and they asked me to pay thousands which I was unable to pay, Samu Sibiya (Contract Administrator) said i have no choice. I am disgusted at the level of service received and have received NO help whatsoever to try and make this easier as a customer. I wouldn't be surprised if this is also ignored but I want the contact number for the OMBUDSMAN as I will lay a complaint.
