DO NOT BUY INTO SUN CITY VACATION CLUB AS YOU COULD HAVE A BETTER TIME AT HOME AND AT YOUR LOCAL POOL.

I have own peak weeks for about 20 years and like our country the service has just gone up in smoke. Vacation club had no entertainment last year but I see this year they had something every hour really every hour. I reserved a unit and was told it is up to the manager to allocate rooms so I guess I will have to buy him a Christmas gift to get the unit I want. I went to the movies and they had about 5 drinks in the fridge and the slush machines was empty, so they had no drinks and they have a big sign say, "ONLY ITEMS BOUGHT AT THE CINEMA CAN BE CONSUMED HERE," We were not allocated a ticket for parking and find people parking in your space and that is ongoing every past year we were there. Simple, GIVE EVERYONE A TICKET TO KEEP IN THE WINDOW SO YOU CAN SEE WHO IS PARKED IN THE WRONG SPOT. At the valley of the waves there are no chairs for elderly people to sit on not even one, also the slides were out of order on a Christmas and new year's week for the entire stay, really. When you want to play volley ball at the Vacation club they give you a flat ball and say that is all we have deal with it, THIS IS THE SERVICE YOU GET FOR PURCHASING THE MOST EXPENSIVE WEEK AT SUN CITY AND ME BEING THE FOOL FOR 20 YEARS. I WILL AT THIS TO HELLO PETER BECAUSE I KNOW THIS WILL NOT EVEN BE LOOKED AT TWICE TO RECTIFY BECAUSE SUN CITY STANDARD HAS DROPPED LIKE OUR LOVELY COUNTRY HAS.
