Dissapointed

I made a booking on the sun International site for the cascades, soo I thought (THE SUNFIESTA special) the system kept on throwing me out, the hole purpose of my booking was to ask my girlfriwnd to get engaged. When I arrived at the gate of sun city the guy told me you made a booking for the cubanas, soo I went to the cubanas to sort the situation out, they told me go to the cascades everything is sorted. When I arrived at the cascades I had to pay R2000 more, they did not even ask me if they could upgrade me free of charge. I am soo disappointed my whole day is spoiled and they don't care they told me then hellopieter us then.
