<p>Below is an email I wrote to Grand West Casino on the 24th of July 2017. I did not receive any feedback.</p> <p>I recently bought two(2) tickets for the Saturday 2017/07/22 18:00 show. On the Computicket website I indicated where I would like the seats to be as I sort of know how the numbering work. The tickets I got was Block D seats H98 and 99. This was the most expensive tickets @ R450-00 each.<br />For this price the only expectation is to have a clear view more or less close to the action but the view from the seats were obstructed by railing. See attached image. The seats in our range are normally a little bit higher up in the blocks with a clear view as from previous event bookings.<br />Computicket directed me to Grandwest due to the seating layout being the responsibility of the latter. I cannot be expected to pay for the most expensive tickets and then have an obstructed view. Bear in mind that this is something which could have been prevented by Grandwest by not selling those tickets.</p> <p> </p> <p>I can unfortunately not attach the image.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
