Disgusting wait time when making bookings

Worst call centre ever. I have been trying to make a booking for weeks. No one answers the phones. Why take reservations away from the hotel if you can't keep up with calls. Disgusting service. I also tried to call from yesterday to book for wild coast sun twice I held on for over 20mins then someone answered and then I gave my details and call dropped no one called me back!
