Disgusting Service to paying guests

My partner and I went to eat at the bar/restaurant in the center of the casino floor at the Wild Coast Sun.My partner asked the chef that was serving there for a wet wipe and was told that there was none. She then asked if he could wet a servette for her and he obliged. After she had wiped her hands she asked for a dry servette and was told "why are you wasting our servettes." He then gave us our order of curry and rice and asked if we wanted sambals and we answered yes ,but please serve it on a seperate plate and he refused to do that. I raised these concerns with the casino and a lady by the name of Matrlise Joubert said she will esclate the issue to the operations manager and executive chef but nedless to say I did not receive an apology from either of them and they did not make contact with me.
