Disgusting service, behavior at the Cascades hotel in Sun city.

I booked at sun city cascades to celebrate in my birthday in November 24,being a regular client over many decades.Supposedly a five star rating not even close.Drains had a disgusting smell and made my stay a very unpleasant one.Saturday evening went to the reception to ask what the rate was for Sunday,I was given a rate and Sunday morning in a matter of few hours it changed.Asked to speak to a " so called manager"or should i name and shame rather.Rude,unpleasant and think they own the hotel,no customer service at all.Monday I called the so called General manager who was on leave.We had a chat and was gonna return my call following week Wednesday.Numerous what's app chats between myself and her no relpy at all,but blue ticked,and read,No response at all.Friday I got a call from her stating that she was busy with all footage etc and will give me feedback on Saturday before close of day, 5pm.Today is Sunday still no what's app, blue ticked and read,still waiting patiently for the phone call as stipulated.Imagine it's more like a circus. definitely not a 5 star hotel in my eyes.I won't recommend any of my family friends and overseas guests to stay there at all costs.Really a shame way u get treated after paying for the service. Would like the Ceo of Sun international to read and ponder about this matter,and get back to me asap a I'm really and truly furious.
