disgusting dirty water

I stayed at the main hotel on the 4/2/2015 with my children . When it was bath time , i ran the bath the water was dark brown. ..i let the water run for another 5 minutes to see if it would be clean water at some stage...but no!! I phoned reception to inform them only to be told they would come see the problem to which no one arrived! At 6.10 in the morning reception phoned my room ( 104) to see if the problem was sorted ( what sort of time is that to phone?) I then had to leave the hotel at 6 in the morning so i could return to Rustenburg to bath my children. Think it's disgusting to go to a hotel and you can't even bath your children. I went with friends ( Mr De Villers) who's wife had to boil bottled water to wash her children. I did not bath or shower either as the water was so dirty....just absolutely unacceptable!
