DISGUSTED

Chiccos restaurant in wild coast sun the worst place I have ever eaten at in my life.Management has truly run the restaurant down.They have missed the meaning of the word Buffet.I paid R170 to eat veg stir fry and potatoe curry with rice no dessert cos after speaking to managment in charge of the desserts I was told I talk to much.I had asked the guy in charge of desserts dont you have either chocolate ice cream or strawberry and dont you have chocolate sauce n nuts he says they dont do that anymore.Then I said a buffet is variety you cannot put vanilla ice cream n force me to eat it n that to with out chocolate sauce n nuts.He says to me ok you know what where is your table cos you are talking to much .He says he doesnt like to talk to much I rather give him my order n he will send it to me.Then I said to him pls take the ice cream ,chocolate sauce and nuts that I want for dessert n pls go n eat it from my side cos you said I talk to much.Then I proceeded to the manager in charge a lady.The guy already went to the manager n told her the whole story obviously leaving out parts until I filled her in.Manager is useless all she said was that they not allowed to put the ice cream.Whatever is available is available. I said to her I have eaten at many restaurants were they served buffet n they have variety of desserts not like chiccos u can literally count the desserts.Their salad bar was the same they did not have lettuce,cucumber separate like every other place but as soon as I finished eating my supper they put lettuce n cucumber.Even the lady helping us to get a table had a terrible attitude with us cos we are 12 people saying ai bagitee.Check in was the same they could not find our booking at first.Then wanna give us a room wich they had guys still installing blinds n curtains n we had to wait a further 30min for the guys to finish installing had we taken the room m that to at around 5pm we were checking in.Why must it b our problem.ATTITUDE ATTITUDE ATTITUDE IS ALL YOU GET. NOTHING IS FOR FREE WE ARE PAYING FOR SERVICES. Gosh people want to rule the roost but dont know how to.Then make it our problem.Customer service is a thing of the past majority of restaurants everything is run down cos of poor management poor customer service, attitude from staff,waiters,waitressers ,managers. Its disgusting.Places like these must close down.
