Disgusted

Sibaya lodge at Sibaya casino has to be one of the worst places to stay. <br> Firstly I've been staying there alot over the years, and it just seems to get worse, every morning house keepers are screaming at each in the corridoors and shouting like its some kind of circus, doors are banging and other guests talk at the top of their voices, so much for quietness in a hotel where people are trying to sleep??<br> This happens 90 percent of the time i stay at the lodge.<br> <br> Second, as a platinum card holder i expect a little bit of good attitude and service from the people that work there.<br> No its like they are forced to be working there and their attitude is pathetic to say the least. <br> <br> Third, the the sleeper couches in the rooms are disgusting, we have opened a few to find stains and most are in a very bad state, meaning they wont even open up. <br> <br> These are things I've seen over the years, but thinking it might change it only gets worse. <br> The place needs a serious jacking up.
