Disgraceful Sun City - SOHO Hotel!

I am absolutely DISGUSTED! The service @ sun city is pathetic! I was quoted one price to stay @ the SOHO and said that this is the price I have to pay upon check in, now I receive another letter saying I have to pay a higher amount - when I called to query the woman helping gave me all of her pathetic attitude saying I have to pay the higher fee cause it's a system error, how is it my fault? The customer act says that the customer is ALWAYS ALWAYS RIGHT, the lady then goes on to say that everything operates differently, the central reservations, the soho and the online are ALL DIFFERENT - HOW DOES THAT EVEN MAKE SENSE????????? if there is an error in pick n pay - they give it to me @ the price that I saw it, not their sad stories!! Does suncity not even know how to damn operate properly? this is the second time I'm having problems with damn SOHO hotel! It's absolutely disgusting and pathetic that such a big establishment operates like this!
