Disgraced with Carnival City

We are going to Carnival city every weekend to breakfast however if you look at the parking area one does not feel taking your small children is a good or safe idea. Every week they empty beer bottles are strewn all over the area. What a disgrace for such an international known establishment! Shocking! Where is the security??? Where are the cleaners??? Where is management??
