Disappointing Sun City Cabanas

We have just returned from a family weekend away at Sun City, we booked out 3 family rooms and had difficulty in all rooms this weekend.

Toilet overflow doesnt stop running. Water has to run in the shower for 15 minutes to 20 minutes before getting hot. Fridges make a noise throughout the night. Door stoppers behind the doors drag on the tiles and make a scratching sound. Doors are so tight to close and eventually when they do close it makes such a loud banging noise throughout the floor. Kettles are dirty inside Breakfast was ice cold and mind you they are kept in warmers.

For the amount of money that was spent this weekend, my family and i were completely disappointed and did not have a good stay at the cabanas this time. The manager offered to send maintenance out at 10pm...Seriously??

Rooms closer to reception are so well maintained and upgraded but the rooms towards the pool are so run down and neglected. This is not fair towards people who pay so much and travel so far to receive treatment like this.
