Disappointing service - Sun Vacation Club

The service provided by Sun Vacation Club has been incredibly disappointing. The booking team’s treatment of customers is both disrespectful and frustrating. Despite consistently paying my levies on a monthly basis, I am informed that I have an outstanding balance when trying to make a booking. It raises the question of why a monthly levy payment option is even offered if members are prohibited from going on holiday without fully settling their levies. This crucial detail is conveniently omitted during the signup process, leaving customers feeling deceived.
