Disappointing Service

I called sun international vacation club levy department today and nobody could pick up my call. They phones were in voice mail after trying three times.

Then requested to be transferred to David Ranaana for assistance and he gave me an attitude and never responded to my email written a month ago just to say he has been transferred to another section.

Until I requested to talk to someone senior its only when switch board operator was willing to go extra mile.
