Disappointing Experience at Sun City Cabanas

I am writing this complaint to express my disappointment regarding our recent stay at Sun City Cabanas, which unfortunately fell short of the excellent experiences we've come to expect over the years.

During our visit, I reported two significant issues: the bathroom door in our room was inoperable, and the hair dryer in our second room was broken. I raised these concerns directly with the hotel manager at checkout, who offered only an apology. When my husband also voiced our concerns, he was told we should have taken it up with the manager—something we had already done. It honestly feels like our complaints fell on deaf ears.

As long-time guests, we appreciate the value of good customer service, and it was disheartening to encounter these issues without any resolution. We hope that you can look into these matters to improve future guests’ experiences.
