Disappointing

I am disappointed with the communication from the owners . I dropped R500 at their restaurant on New Year’s Eve in 2018 and I had asked to look at the camera gotta he and I was told they could only help me in about two days , it’s been a week and I have not heard from them and when I called they told me the same story so clearly their customers don’t matter !!!
