Disappointed

I was booked with them 4-5June 2026.My shuttle was gonna pick me up at 06h30 on 5 June 2026 to airport.I called them at 05h15 to ask for a breakfast pack and the reception told me that i should have made that request a night before and i told them that they should have told me those terms on my arrival.What is worse I dont understand what is difficult to pack breakfast in a disposable container bcs at that time they were getting ready to serve it.Despite my efforts I could not find a manager to discuss this.Unfortunately my shuttle arrived at 06h30 and had to peave on an empty stomach.Somebody balance me with the definition of HOSPITALITY or may be I had too much to ask for and i cant believe that the most reputable hotel in the Eastern Cape could fall short of servicing their customers
