Disabled Man Injured - no help
My grandfather is an amputee. Last year May he went to the \disabled"bathroom on the main floor. While sitting down on the toilet the whole seat went flying off as it was broken and not secured. He was badly hurt and in severe shock. There was no suitable manager on duty"
