Deposit Refund.

I've made a booking at Sun City Cabanas on the 19th of July 2022. The weekend of the 23rd of July 2022 my son had a terrible rugby incident which forced us to cancel the booking.

I've phoned the central reservations department on the 26th of July 2022 to explain the situation and the consultant there informed me that I had time till the 26th of July 2022 to cancel the reservation. So I was 3days in advance of the cancellation period?

The consultant mailed me the necessary documentation to fill in and I've attached all the Dr's reports and information needed to cancel the reservation. Proof of payment, bank account etc.

I've even received a phone call from a consultant to inform me that the cancellation request has been handed over to the finance department.

Today is the 29th of August 2022 and no refund has been paid yet??!!

I've phone numerous occasions and even been promised it will be paid by the latest on the 23rd of August 2022. Phone number *** that was given to me just rings....

My mails are getting ignored....

What more must I do to get my refund back? Swear and shout? Social media perhaps??
