Deal with issues not race

My brother who was an employee of Grand West casino until Friday 20 February 2015, came home in tears saying that he was assaulted by securities at Grand West casino.<br> <br> I went to the casino and spoke to the head of security by the name of MR Sepp or Sett(not sure about the name) and the MIB, who are the two people directly involved in what my brother claimed to be an assault, I found out that my brother was if fact wrong on many accounts and he was not necessarily assaulted. <br> <br> What really concerns me is the words MR Sepp (White Muscular with beard ) used on my brother which he never mentioned when we had a conversation on Friday. He told my brother that you black people are very stupid most of the time. He said this in the presence of his black colleagues.<br> <br> One would have expected that the head of security in one of the world's best resorts would deal with the issue of misconduct guided by the policies of his organization. I urge Grand West to be professional and consistent when dealing with staff and guests of different races. It is highly offensive when someone makes an ugly comments about your race especially an employee of Sun International on duty.
