Worst experience at Sun City today, 12th April 2021 at 13:30. Their machine malfunctions and simply takes your money then the so called highest person on duty ( Kgomotso Dibobo- gaming floor manager) says that's how their machine works and he will not refund us. *****ing peoples money is what I will call it. We as patrons get taking for a ride. This just gives Sun International a very bad name.
