Customer service is pathetic

Sun City Hotel (Soho) The standard is pathetic especially their Concierge Desk.They do not take their guest seriously.i don't understand why it exists whereas they can't assist. Their phones is continuous engaged,you leave a message they don’t return a call.Reception is the same,I spoke to a guy by the name Lars who also could not assist. Useless hotel
