Confusing advert and no humanity, only rules which looks if they read it from somewhere.

We are pensioners and both my husband and I received emails to inform the Cabanas at Sun city for the rate of R765.00 per night during March. We immediately phoned to book and the operator told us there is no availability. She can assist for the rate of R1195.00 at the hotel. We booked and asked her to please mention that I need a balcony or a ground floor unit in order for me to exit easy during the night due to asthma, IBS and treatment, I can't lay down and to be able to breath. I sit up straight and sleep in my wheelchair. Because of this I need fresh air and need to be outside. I had a very big deep vein operation with bypasses and stents and something went wrong and I have been in bed for months. If I sleep in the hotel means I must get dressed every time and go through the passages to go outside together with my husband that assist me with the chair. We tried to phone North reservations and after 5 minutes twice we decided to phone the Johannesburg reservation office. We explained to the lady and she said there is only place at the Cabanas for the last two days of our booking (for the discounted price) ....but if we change I would loose my deposit. I deposit one night to complete our 5 night planned visit and my husband paid his deposit for the 1st 3 nights. If we keep on phoning and perhaps finally get place at the Cabanas, we will not get a refund. It is a dead end street and no assistance what so ever. I was even prepared to move the booking to a senior special package at the Sibaya Sun, but we have no choice is to take the Hotel reservation. I still cant understand how can we receive the Special Rate Package for the Cabanas and then there is no availability. I also need to make food to maintain my tablet intake and how on earth will I be able to do that in the hotel room. I am sorry, for many years we have visited the Sun hotels and the lately the Maslow and play, but never ever experienced this sort of take it or leave attitude. My reservation no: SG Botha ***2 and NJ Botha ***3. We don't fight for the discounted rate, we gave that up...just a dream, but we are prepared to pay the same as the hotel R1195.00 if we can just get a place where I can move freely. Please help us.
