****roaches in the room
we stayed in Sibaya in March 2015. we drove all the way from Cape Town to Durban. 2nd day on our stay we found ****roach in the room. immediately I take this matter to the management and the lady came to apologies. I asked to change the room but they had no availablity but there was rooms available in the hotel. they told me I have to pay more for that if I want stay longer or I stay here or I can leave. I choose the third option. I have write this matter to the management after leave Durban he took forever to respond and formal apology. very bad customer service!!! they should take care of the MVG member as MVG.
