Cleary dont give a damn

I am shocked, frustrated and annoyed by the total and complete lack of service and interest I have been subjected to when trying to make a reservation at the above.<br> <br> I called yesterday at 8am to reserve a chalet for the 6th December, and was told a quote would be emailed to me. I waited and then at 5pm I called as I had still not received anything, I was then told by Samuel that they were supposed to tell me they had load shedding (from 8 to 5???) and that they would do it this morning. Well at 1.41pm I called again and spoke to Clement who said they will do it, doesn't know when but they will do it. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told she is not there she is busy, I asked for her to call me and he said ok goodbye. Wont hold my breath for that call<br> <br> Wow imagine what overseas travel must think when dealing with this kind of ineptitude, I am chasing to give business and they quite frankly could not give a damn. How does it take 4 calls and still nothing, no wonder less and less people are having good things to say about Sun city in general. <br> <br> Maybe someone who actually is bothered and earns their salary might read this and call to sort this out.<br> <br> Shocking!!!!
