Cleanliness , hygiene was non-existent

I hope this complaint reaches someone that will actually listen , since the ladies and duty manager at reservations did absolutely nothing about our issues while staying at the vacation club. We stayed for 7 nights at the vacation club phase1 from the 01-8th Feb. From the 5th to the 8th we stayed in a paraplegic room , even though we didn't have a paraplegic person with us. Secondly, we woke up to ****roaches, ants and the room had a foul smell for the 2 days that we stayed there. The lady at the check-in told us they were fully booked and couldn't do anything about it. the service sucked, we were so disappointed having paid R6200 for 2 nights and that's what we had to deal with! The bathroom roof had bugs & mold , and the state of that room was disgusting. I am honestly disappointed that the value for money was just not there! and no amount of complaining helped...
